Request for Architectural Approval Form
The Association is bound to operate in accordance with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) of the neighborhood. Those CC&R’s require all property/homeowners to gain approval of any planned changes to the exterior of residences or yard areas and any addition of new structures of any value (which includes playground equipment, basketball goals, etc.). The removal of trees must also be approved in advance.
The Association has established a process for homeowners to submit proposed changes for approval. The process involves submitting the proposal for review and approval. The Management Company will notify the property owner in writing as to the outcome of the ACC review of the proposed plans/work.
The attached checklist may not be all-inclusive but is offered as a guide to assist in your efforts to prepare a request that is complete. Thank you for using this guide.
