            Through the support and cooperation of our property owners, the Peninsula shall remain the premiere residential community in the region.  It will continually grow its resources, protect and enhance its natural beauty, and improve the quality of life for all its residents.

            The Mission of the Peninsula Property Owner’s Association is to:

• Ensure conformity to the restrictions, covenants, and architectural standards to maintain a safe, pleasant, and attractive community for all residents.

• Maintain and continually improve the natural beauty of our community resources.

• Work cooperatively with community groups, clubs, and organizations to facilitate their role in improving the quality of life within the community.

• Maximize communication among residents to continually improve our living experience and enhance property values.

• Engage the community residents and maximize the use of resident skills, resources, and experience for the benefit of the community at large.
